There are 2 editions of Acarda Messenger: Standard and Advanced

Standard Edition

If you are wanting to generate sales leads with your auto dialer then the Standard Edition is probably all you need. In the Standard Edition there is one template which allows you to play a pre-recorded message and then ask the recipient for a response. For example they can press 1 if they are interested 2 to leave a message or 0 to be transferred.

Advanced Edition

In the Advanced Edition, in addition to the sales template there are two other templates. The Advanced Edition includes a client call template and a survey template. The client call template similar to the sales template but you can also play a specific date, time, money amount to the recipient. Its useful for reminding people to come to appointments or to pay debts etc. The Advanced Edition also has the Survey template which is used for conducting telephone surveys. You can ask a series of questions and get the recipient to respond using the keypad on the telephone.
